Cary Ann Parrotte
Interior Designer
"I'm a great teacher! I love introducing people to that which they never knew existed, yet having them articulate, it is what they wanted the whole time. I consider myself a bridge that people can pass over…helping them get from where I find them to where they want to go. I am good at instilling confidence…people really feel I know what I am talking about and that I know what they want! Helping people is my passion."

Cary Ann Parrotte calls herself a child of the world because she has spent most of her life traveling…first as the daughter of a military office and then as the wife of one. Constant change of scene was the norm. She loved change and got excited the minute she knew another move was imminent. This influence has led to Cary's interest in culture and her lifelong enthusiasm as a student of Art and Art History. Her professional life was directed toward sales, first as designer of wardrobes for socially prominent women, when a local businessman mentored her. An early member of the MBA program at Macy's led to the expansion of her outlook, finding what people needed both for their homes and their closets. Following a lifelong dream, Cary owned and operated, with her husband, The Duck Stamp Art Gallery in the Pavilions and then Lyons Village. All of this experience has culminated in Cary taking a position with Design Galleria by Valentine as an Interior Designer.
Imaginative and innovative, Cary loves creating an original interior drawn from the minds and personalities of her clients.
"I'm never the same designer," she laughingly admits, "I re-invent myself to become the translation of each clients personal vision."
Trained in subliminal imagery, Cary's approach creates a fresh source of inspiration with every new client. "People are wonderful," she exclaims, "and I love what I can do for each one!"
